GoodSense isn’t an agency. We will implement marketing projects for you but we’re truly independent. GoodSense isn’t tied to any design, development, media or production suppliers - we can work with your current providers or introduce people we trust who will invoice you directly for any work. This saves you costly mark-ups. It also means our commitment to you is never compromised.
Best advice
This approach also means you can always trust you are getting the best advice for any situation. We won’t be recommending you invest in advertising because we want the commission or in a new website because we’ve a designer to keep busy.
Quality control
When you first meet GoodSense, you’ll meet with owner and Managing Director Kath Dewar. Kath will work with you to understand your needs and which of our marketing consultants will be the best fit for you and your project. If you’re happy with the match, your consultant will work as if they were your in-house marketing expert, to agreed hours or fees, on a freelance basis. You get to sign everything off. As well as delivering the plans or programmes you need, they will support, challenge and inspire you, and your team.
Kath Dewar will provide continuity of support, strategic oversight and peer review of their work, so you get two heads for the price of one.
Flexible value for money
GoodSense marketing consultants operate remotely, from home offices, so our overheads are low and we can hit the ground running. You don’t need to find a space for us but we’ll come and see you as often as you want. Your marketing consultant can work alongside your in-house team or focus on separate projects, whichever is right for you.
What it costs
GoodSense operates on a ‘no surprises’ basis. All work will be estimated in advance or delivered within a project budget we agree. You can choose fixed-price project fees, retainer arrangements or pay by the hour. Our flexible approach means we can work in a way that suits whatever you want to invest.
As a guide, our hourly rate is $185 + gst per hour
This includes basic expenses such as phone and travel within the Auckland area. Other expenses, or travel outside Auckland, are agreed in advance. Discounted 'for good' rates are available for members of the Sustainable Business Network and not-for-profit organisations.
